Good loudspeakers are built overnight. Great loudspeakers are refined over time.
We've been working on the MT series since mid 2004.
These products were designed with strong electronic and acoustic engineering principles, through countless simulations, measurements and computer optimisations. That's not to say we didn't extensively listen and fine tune by ear, but what we did make sure is that no changes were made to the design without being able to relate the suggested improvement to a reason described by an engineering principle. By doing this it soon became apparent:-
Implementation is the key. High performance components give you nothing more than potential. Good loudspeaker design is more about working around or removing the "bad stuff" than it is about putting the "good stuff" in.
